We've been match up with Phil and Mimi Bjourkland as missions coaches and will have the opportunity to participate in the Renewal Conference next week in Denver. We are so excited to hear how God is working all around the world and to hear more about Journey Corps.
My husband Trevor and I have been married for 7 years this year and we have 2 sons. Will is 5 and Ben is 2.

Hi! Nice to meet you as well. I've enjoyed hearing about your mission and looking through your pictures. My husband and I have been intriqued by what we've seen of Journey Corps and the work going on in West Africa.
We feel like the Lord is leading us into Missions but we aren't clear yet where he would have us go. Trying to patient and heed to his will, and it's not easy (isn't the waiting always the hardest?) but we know he has a perfect plan for us and are excited to see the path he sets us on.

Did you ever figure out the issues you were having with posting comments on here with your phone? I am sorry if you are. I don't currently have access to our web site to fix things. Aaron B

Other than what is posted on the JC website concerning the Ag track, what else are you anticipating me making a contribution toward advancing the program.

I, too, look forward to our time together.

Hi! It's so great to get back in touch with you guys. I'm getting married July 10, so I've been busy with wedding plans. I'm so excited about Journey Corps and all the people that have the opportunity to do ministry among the wonderful people of Bouake. I'm so jealous. It's wonderful to see pictures of all my dear friends there! Give them my warmest greetings. Much love! - Emily :)

Très bien, merci. J'attends la dernière étape (l'entretien) avec World Vision avant que je commence les idées concrètes. Ça c'est demain, alors j'espère que je recevrai un email bientôt avec la dernière permission!

Angelika - I'll look into A.B. Bruce's "The training of the 12" and see what we can work out to get a copy before leaving. Do you know what budget/funds this would be coming from? I know Jim and I have already been discussing numerous leadership books (that not having been one of them so far), based on each of our extensive experiences/reading/training in leadership. Keep in touch as more ideas come to mind - for much is already being formulated here.

Merci pour le lien. Si vous avez le temps, je voudrais bien vous parler parce que je suis en train de faire les listes pour ce qu'il faut enseigner en francais.

Thanks for the info, it's good to have. That's been my experience with West African mail in the past. That said, we probably won't make it to widely known. On other notes our partnership development continues to go well - God is bringing in those He wants and we are continuing to take steps in faith to join you there soon. Lord willing we aim to fly out near the end of April - so please pray with us about that. I/we hope to write again soon with more of an intro on us, since most of what you've had is second-hand. We'll see when we can fit that in. We'd love to get that from you too - though as I said we'll hopefully be there in person relatively soon too. - Peter

Rod & Angelika - Hope all is well for you there, we're looking forward to joining you in person soon. We had out sending church ask us a question today that I thought you might be able to help with. They like to list their missionaries in their church directory and wondered what a good mailing address for us in Cote d'Ivoire would be? Do you know what that might be and/or if it would even be worth making available considering the present Ivorian mail system?

Thanks for your thoughts. Maybe something will happen! We do have one university-trained gal who is taking additional training to teach German as a 2nd language. She wants to reach out to the "strangers among us".

Blessings.
