hey. I hope you are feeling better! So sorry you were sick. We missed you mucho today - your presence adds something vital to our team. Super excited for ice cream on Friday!!!!!!! Where is your blog?
glad to hear you like the Journey Corps library idea. let us know if there's any particular title you are wondering if it's here or not - can probably give you a pretty good idea, which could then (potentially) aide in packing. See you in a month!

Hello Hello! I don't know why you say goodbye, I say hello!
Glad to hear prep is coming along. Being excited for the future is certainly good, but do try to embrace what God has for you in this day too - He doesn't waste any days. I (Peter) remember having my wisdom teeth out - just before Thanksgiving one year - be sure to take things at the pace best for you.
As for us - we're likely headed north to connect some more with the missionaries in the town of Ferke, but also have a great deal that could be done here in Bouake on the campus as we prepare. Pray for wisdom to balance things - working hard when we work, and resting well when we rest.
Do keep in touch, and let us know if there's anything we can do/answer/etc.
Hey Naomi! Just wanted to see how things are going for you and if there's anything you'd like prayer for. Your pictures from Africa are awesome! how long was your trip?
My friend, it makes me smile to know that we get to serve together in Cote d'Ivoire! What a huge blessing to get to go across the world AGAIN with such a great friend! Let's get together soon and work on those hymns.
Naomi, I am very happy you are considering going to serve in Africa. Are you a songwriter as well as player? www.LesLaMotte.com - I have just signed with Tate Music Group.com as a recording artist. I will be using that as a platform to speak about what I am trying to do in South Sudan and Western Ethiopia among the Nuer peoples. I visited there last year, they really need my help to bring clean water and food production to there area. Blessings as you go in Jesus name.
Naomi - great to see you on here! Katrina and I are looking forward to meeting you in Cote d'Ivoire, as we'll be helping to lead up this whole crazy thing we're all getting into. I'm a huge believer in learning through asking questions - so start firing away with any of them you may have to whoever you Journey Corps you feel you'd like to ask. Two questions for you as you continue in this journey: 1) what about Africa grabbed your heart, and how do you see that being the same or different in West Africa vs. East Africa? 2) You mentioned an interest in Creative Arts and your profile picture shows you at least know how to hold a guitar - what do you see this track interest looking like if it were up to you?
Hey!! by the way, I am so glad you are joining us! I am working hard to get you some good tools to help you get ready to leave. One thing you could do is update your profile and add the field about your role in Journey Corps. It would also be amazing if you could add the track you are most interested in.
