the lLord has laid on my heart to support work in bouake and ferke so i'm expecting great things to come.

hey daniel, hows the lions den? it gets tough but the lord ALWAYS provides. if you would send me a scan of your support letter. hand written with all appropriate contact info for you and your account i'll be glad to fax it to all my friends in the ability to help. thank you mark newport firstname.lastname@example.org i'll see you in sept rod is picking me up
Rod & Jim both said lots of money for furnishings, but Rod just OK'd the adjustment to $800. I was told that there were no beds, dressers, etc. available for us.
I can pick a good bike here, but I'd rather buy one there to save the transport fee. Anything good there
That's kinda scary. Yup. My sending church finally gave their bit and I'm at 90%. This doesn't include anything that I want, only needs (if I get over 100%, I'll buy a bike, a bed, a bureau, etc). . Once I get to 100%, I'm going to call and ask if I can come out early. My gramma just broke her hip, so I am visiting her. The earliest I could do it was the end of August, so I am free after that to leave.
daniel, if God is for you,who can be against you? your needs will be met. don't be discouraged. He will not let you down. get a good nights sleep and ''let go and let God''... i'm praying for you and rod and work in bouake and ferke. praise God from whom all blessings flow..... are you feeling better yet? i'm standing on edge of my bed and swinging my arms around. whoa! i better sit down i'm getting dizzy. your new friend mark

I'm only just starting to learn French, but I got the full 5 levels of RosettaStone and I've been working hard on it for several months now. I realize that it is essential, so I'm pretty serious about learning it as soon as possible. As for my future in the Congo... Who knows. (-:
Hey, you posted on my page several weeks ago and I'm only just now getting back to you. Sorry about that. I grew up around the eastern border of Congo. We stayed a lot on the city of Bukavu, but spent most of our time in villages. I have no idea where those villages were geographically, but they were names Katchungu and Oku. After JourneyCorps I really want to go back to the Congo and begin a career there reaching unreached groups. I remember seeing Pygmies extremely deep in the rain forest and I'm burdened to bring the Gospel to such places.
Yea man that's me! It's good to hear from you and your suggestions. I've got a sweet French-English and English-French dictionary that was given to me that I've started studying, hoping that will help the process a little. Also very excited to be getting responses and parters already from my support letter sending.
