Lately God has been teaching more about the Holy Spirit and his role in my life; how he guides and encourages. That he is the power of God living in me. I have surrendered my will over to him and have been asking him to use me to glorify Jesus. Last night a cousin of my host family came over to visit. He goes to school and is about the same age as my sister Bintou. His English is pretty good, but could use some help. So, I offered to practice English with him so he can get used to my accent, learn new words, and practice speaking it. I found out he is Muslim. He is a really nice guy and I enjoyed talking to him. To practice his English he wanted me to tell him my life story. So, that opened up a door to tell him about how Jesus Christ saved me and changed my life. I’m hoping God will be able to use that to guide him to the truth. Please pray for his salvation. It would be hard for him to become a Christian because his family is Muslim, but he does have other family members who would take him in (like the family I live in) if his family were to cast him out or make life hard.
