Christian or not?

So, after church on Sunday, two friends and I were discussing how sometimes the people we consider Christian don't seem to value or portray the values of Christ (generosity, kindness, forgiveness, etc.) as much as some people who aren't Christians. Do you feel that way? I know several people who are not as 'spiritual' (their own definition) as I am, but who are so much more generous and so much less judgmental. How come?

Community in Boauke, Cote d'Ivoire!!

Here is an amazing community called L'Arche that is all over the world. They have 4 communities in Africa and one happens to be in Boauke, just 5 miles from the ICA campus where Journey Corps West Africa is located!!

Here in Denver

There is nothing like jumping in head first, or feet first. So many allusions to feet .... getting your feet wet, getting cold feet, what does all of it mean? I guess feet has to do with moving, or direction and possibly the prospects and consequences of it.



So, the direction of my life is heading to Africa, la Cote d'Ivoire, so my feet moved me to a plane which moved me to Denver. Now, here I am, sitting in the Journey Corps part of World Venture pulling together my passions.… Continue
