We have our first winner!!!!

Spiritual Solitude...

We believe that it is vital to connect with God everyday in our quiet space. Our relationship with God desperately needs space for solitude and communion. Many practice this in different ways. For example, some take a walk at night, some read the Bible, others pray through the Psalms, others go on an outdoor adventure, and others simply mediate on God’s goodness.

What is one thing that Journey Corps does?

There are many things that Journey Corps will help with, but I'll just start with one and add more later. Journey Corps hopes to serve the church. The church in West Africa is growing but there is so much to do throughout the region in order to help bring the gospel to their comunities and care for their peoples' needs. Now is a perfect time for Journey Corps: Ivory Coast because the Ivorian church has asked for help. They have needs and they love the idea of people coming to their comunities… Continue

On the road again

Well we are done. We are headed back to Colorado after a wonderful time at Urbana. We made quite a few contacts. There was a huge interest in Journey Corps. Everyone wanted to know more about it. Everyone loved the idea of serving where you are called. I am hoping that people will benefit from being able to try new things and being pushed to grow into their giftings.
